Its not! It's just a matter of contacting your current provider and asking for a cease date (usually a fortnight from your phone call), and then you call My Aged Care, and ask for a "referral code" as you are transferring over to Lifebridge. You then call us and we take care of the rest!

We provide Domestic Assistance, Gardening Services, Group Programs, Personal Care, Social Support Independence i.e. shopping, Transport, Respite, Carer Programs
